1. While on an active call, select . Your call will be placed on hold.
2. Enter the extension number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
3. Optional: To return to the call, enter * before entering an extension.

Mobile App & Mobile Calls

1. While on an active call, dial # twice. Your caller will be placed on hold.
2. Dial 2 to initiate the transfer.
3. Enter the extension number you’d like to transfer the call to, followed by #.
4. Complete the transfer with one of the following options:
   1. To transfer the call now, press 1.
   2. To remain on the line, press 2, then press # twice to complete the transfer.
